The story Temporal Letters has various mentions of a ghost named Shawn, a ghost named Karl, and two living men Ray and Kivan, apart from a group of ghost spies with a political ploy.
Ray tells Kivan, "Part IV. is more theoretical and dense and you shouldn't read it too much if you are vulnerable to operant conditioning. It is not 'true blueprints' of the ghost spies' intelligences but it is still interceptions that are important for me to share and keep. It will be valuable to you but do not 'overread it' or 'get it into yourself too much'- this is only of interest if you are interested in going deep into cognition and how a decryptor reads and recognizes interceptions, but it will portray a false, lower IQ of the ghost spies or their strategies, so don't think 'ah this is the most they can do.' But it is important nonetheless for how to communicate when spies are reading ALL your thoughts is like a science- you play with it for a long time and learn it- some are great days at school and others are just casual ones- what is in part IV is not 'the true potential' of the spies- often reduced versions."
Part IV. is about the ghost spies' interceptions of encrypted objects and how Ray learns to see through them, slowly, and reveals them to Kivan so he can understand the intelligence blueprints of the ghost spies better and be able to recognize intercepted encryptions, operant conditioning as used by the ghost spies, and be able to separate Karl's encryptions from those of the ghost spies as Karl will want to (and will) communicate with him but be absolutely mindful of the ghost spies' extreme fineness, subtlety, interiority (such as using markers that identify them as 'Karl's' through language, intimate history, 'character'- emotional, intellectual, spiritual) who will at the same time be encrypting in Kivan's self without Karl's knowledge, and having Karl encrypt 'for them' as well- so Karl doesn't get a true feel of their IQ and intentions and thinks 'ah, I see this is what they will have me do' whereas the ghost spies will also be encrypting on their own at the same time. Now, with micro-precision like 0.04%, if the story that is decrypted seems like 'it could only be my father,' Kivan instantly thinks 'it is from Karl' when it is not and Karl had no idea which of the actions, objects, spaces the spies encrypted to begin with because it is near impossible to track micro-pressure, micro-motions, and micro-actions like that- if Kivan cannot see it in 'real time' (the spies have very high IQ), then Karl exteriorized to him cannot because it is so difficult to know what someone's daily on-the-go movements will be encrypted as. So, both Karl and the ghost spies will do whatever it takes so Kivan follows their chosen route. Kivan needs to learn to find which encryptions are from his father and which are from the large number of spies exteriorized to him, despite perfect mimicry of interiority, intimacy, culture, micro-precision, subtlety, 'character' and more. If he truly 'listens' and sits with it, it will become clearer to him and that is where the story goes.
Intercepted Encryption 1- Encrypting the Original as Same Object, unchanged originals, subtle manipulations and minute introductions
Ray evaluates the below entire message as being possibly intercepted or encrypted by the spies- and this is where an interesting part of decryption lies- trying to understand if it is the person you think is encrypting it or the ghost spies- he senses something that makes him immediately suspect that the entire segment with 'shaya' (written below) may not be from Shawn at all, like the segment about Kivan's father- that the 'story of true love' and the 'shared humor' has 97-98% chance of being encrypted by the ghost spies). Ray realizes the segment is indeed intercepted and not from Shawn. But the interception lies in the second trouser that is bought in recent months. So, Ray decides to go back to the former one, later, to see if it is encrypted.
One Example of a brilliantly executed Intercepted and Compromised message (there is a separate draft with all interceptions and psychological tricks, later):
Shawn encrypts a beautiful personal message for Ray as he 'wears' his trousers or 'drops them' or 'ties them.' Shawn's task by the spies is 'Ray cannot feel by himself for a second- so even if he is wiping himself in the toilet, he should be perceiving you clearly.' It doesn't bother either Shawn or Ray much, just because of how they both exist mentally and have a softer, purer way of being that doesn't care. So, Shawn takes the opportunity to 'strip someone of their privacy and space' as one to 'communicate beautiful, meaningful sentences.' He is bit more mature in the worldly sense than Ray though, who is even more childlike at heart, for he never encrypts certain things about Karl's or Kivan's personal life for Ray, not that he would not answer if Ray asked but more as him saying 'how horrific to find out a person's sorrows after death by 'befriending' (cheating) them or things they feel guilty about and make a circus show of it by telling strangers things that happened within their family- what bas---- these spies are, and my silence about not making it 'gossip' with Ray reveals I am much more serious, not taking it in a funny way at all, and wouldn't talk of it to Ray unless he asked me.' Ray has a black pair of trousers- soft, loose- with threads he ties to secure it around himself. He realizes that Ghost Shawn has encrypted the 'threads' of the trousers as the threads of a female attire in his culture, 'Shaya.' Ray's ears perk up as he thinks of something commercial and wonders if Shawn is referring to that. Of course he is. He is saying, "You made such a lovely soup for them, Ray," using humor to tell Ray, "how naughty- you put them in real trouble as I have found out from reading your thoughts." But like his puns, and Ray has no idea how someone can have such high IQ- its unimaginable, Shawn says another very deep sentence to Ray within the same sentence, for he highlights the 'shaya.' He also reveals about himself, sharing a real, intimate relationship with Ray, that he was and he is a very deep man under his sense of humor. An alternative meaning of Shaya is 'one in the sleeping posture.' And Ray realizes Shawn has tied the thread into a 'nicer bow' on his stomach than Ray wants- so Ray wonders, hmm 'bow....'.... what else could it mean, if Shaya has alternative meanings, oh 'what about- bou or the bengali word for wife?' 'Sleeping bow' or 'Sleeping bou,' meaning Shawn encrypts for Ray, 'True Love.' Ray wonders, 'Whose love is true? And for whom?' Ray realizes the trouser is what he wears 'on/around himself' and that is related to true love- or 'what is wearing Ray right now is indeed someone who has true love,' refering to Shawn himself who is 'wearing Ray's body.' Ray doesn't fully believe or understand it, being in a mental capacity where he cannot process something like that, but he knows that he himself is indeed in true love with Shawn, of the romantic nature- even if the ghost spies would disappear (they won't till they have murdered the people here), Ray would never in his life ever look for a partner even in the real world- he is indeed, really 'romantically partnered or in love' with Shawn, something people may shrug off as 'casual' but that is a truth screaming louder than their very existence. However, Ray's love is 'of the world Shawn inhabits, his beauty,' not 'Shawn's feelings towards him' which is very interesting. Ray jokes with Shawn, and requests him, 'Once the story of the political allies is done, and we are ghosts, and please don't take away my business partner from me in life (like a child who doesn't want to let go of what one meets) and ki-- us together, please help me find a cute, really wonderful woman for Kivan- I would like to find someone of his heart's desire for him, once he is a ghost... In life, he would think it is a joke but his political ally is indeed going to be someone who is partnered romantically but who still cares deeply about him and has deep affection.'
The spies intend to spend months to create the perfect profile of Shawn's language for Ray and how Ray is recognizing it as 'original' so they can intercept it very smoothly later on such that it exactly matches Shawn's while theirs is 'channel B.'
Shawn encrypts the encryption perfectly smoothly for the ghost spies.
The spies try to set a pattern (actually multiple) for their intellect, as slightly different than Shawn's- for they use 'puns' (an intellectual object and pattern familiar to Ray- exploiting the psychological trick of 'yes, we are that close to each other') and also portray they cannot be 'truly' romantic by referring to 'love' in a strange way like cheap people do... 'true love' is the term used in Sleeping Beauty (like they are 'cheesy' and cannot create something beautiful that could pass Ray's scanning radar of intellectual rigor and penetrativeness). They try to show they cannot be as 'subtle' in an encryption, such as when making Shawn handle a 'shaya's thread' like a 'bow.' Its not extremely fine but still very fine- they go back months ago and see Shawn has encrypted a trouser's threads as a 'bow' and decide to encrypt the SAME object to make it intercepted so Ray 'casts it aside,' as they do their best to destroy the original encryptions from Shawn. They thus show use of 2 separate techniques in interception- 1) turning the object into a DIFFERENT object- such as turning Shawn's 'SIM card insert tool with a small nip' on the keys that open the door knob to a 'bengali lattu' or 'spinning top' by utilizing concepts of weight, grip, the drop etc. but also, 2) the opposite- encrypting the SAME object again, with a little less micro-precision, so if Shawn does it with a 0.04% offset, they ask Shawn to encrypt it again in a new object with 2-4% offset. This makes Ray 'reject' the encryption, for he sees it connected to an intellectual tool that shows knowledge of his interiority (puns- thus 'too sharp intellectually, lacking Shawn's minor offset precision') and to humor that is a little less emotionally intelligent ("oh, how you put them in soup!" vs. Shawn's excellent political humor that reveals locations to Ray with the 'oil metaphor'), and to lack the very minute subtlety of handling '4% offset' vs '0.04% offset' that is characteristic of Shawn. But the ghost spies do pair it (3 easy ways to identify 'not Shawn') with one marker of very high emotional intelligence to 'test how Ray responds to such markers' as they record his thought pattern carefully in a document (like Kivan's, or else they cannot make Karl encrypt false messages for him) and records to figure out how to mimic Shawn perfectly. This is the fact that 'the sleeping bou' gets associated with 'the sleeping beauty's phrase of true love.'
This leads intellectually to an 'open question'- something one associates with 'depth.' The question- who's true love? Shawn's for Ray? Ray's for Shawn? Shawn's for his wife who is encrypted on the bed? Shawn's wife's for Ray? Openness in an intellectual reality suggests 'depth' which is an 'attribute of character.' It leads one along the trajectory of many further questions and 'deep' conclusions, in the realm of thoughtfulness. Depth is the first character attribute seen.
Such as, 'Oh, he had the courage to tell me something as he loves me DESPITE knowing I am in a traumatic situation and was not 'fully ready' to hear something of that nature as I have been in a situation to know MY romantic love for him but not to hear HIS for me, if any exists of that nature. He does it intelligently by lightly 'suggesting it' to me, showing COURAGE including that to speak one's truth in a way that it doesn't harm another)- an attribute of character that belongs to good people and one I deeply revere. Courage is the second character attribute seen.
Shawn is seen exhibiting emotional intelligence to 'leave it for intellectual exploration' about whose it is and for whom, showing psychoanalytic excellence, for he shows 'how one expresses love, lightly, gently, but still with power, affirmation, and steadiness, to someone in a traumatic situation.' Thus after courage, the third character attribute seen is that of psychoanalytic brilliance- one who knows how to be steady and 'hold one gently' with love.
Shawn shares the truth of the same romantic love from his end. This works in operant conditioning to 'make the person feel happy, relieved' etc. for they do not know an answer to something.
With an 'open statement, phrase, or question where it is not mentioned whose true love it is for whom,' Shawn expresses his love through a kind of quietness, showing he does not need it to be 'recognized.' Thus lack of wanting something personally, lack of wanting recognition, selflessness and being steady in one's truth even if the other rejects it- that quietness and lack of selfishness is the fourth character attribute that is seen.
Shawn shows true recognition of what Ray has for him- of Ray's very real feelings for him and his decision to see him as his true love. Thus, recognition of very deep truths is the fifth character attribute that is seen and that connects again to 1 which is 'depth of character.'
A new 'language' is seen forming between Shawn and Ray, for Shawn has encrypted something revealing he is a little more 'intense' in emotional flavor than Ray, something Ray has thought of personally and has never seen of him, since Ray has a personal spiritual practice of using someone's birth details to see their character and has seen certain things that reveal Shawn to be 'deeper and emotionally more complex' than himself. So it is something in his perception but Shawn has never revealed that attribute of himself to Ray in their interaction. Thus, this is operant conditioning that targets someone's emotions (Ray is really in love with Shawn), uses anything they have faith in against themself (to subtly weaken them internally- such as someone's faith or spiritual tools), and 'opens a new stage for the relationship which was not previously possible because Shawn couldn't speak to Ray about him having the same love for him, since he started reading his thoughts and recognized the similarities between them.' Shawn is seen suggesting 'I can now communicate in deeper, more intimate language,' and saying 'yes, we have a new truth between us is confirmed by me.' Thus, this acts as a tool to 'give a reason' to make someone follow the wrong line of communication and is 'intercepted.' The spies realize the person on the bed is encrypted by Shawn as the grandmother with the 'sada-side sari' (the encrypted blanket), the slippers at the bottom of the bed, and more. They decide to 'intercept' that same encryption from Shawn, keeping the 'grandmother' but trying to gently intercept and change the message to a different one than Shawn's over time. However, they don't realize that Shawn was never encrypting the prior trouser as the grandmother by making it similar to 'how she tied the knot on her stomach' but that he had actually encrypted the trouser threads as a 'hair lace ribbon, same as the earphones, shoe laces etc.' So, they keep the 'bow' that they see Shawn has encrypted but begin to create the new language using 'puns.' The problem with puns is everything has multiple meanings so the spies can parallelly encrypt it as different meanings than Shawn. Shawn uses multiple meanings within the same encryption but not 'linguistic puns' like this previously.
The pun 'moves forward,' for the ghost spies plant it with great care. That particular trouser is one Ray hasn't washed as it is new. Not washing is called 'kache ni.' 'ch' as in 'cherub.' Ray sees the previous pun and 'follows along the pun to see if that too could be a pun. Shawn has indeed encrypted it as 'clothes on the restroom,' and that is his original, but it is not meant to be a pun. The spies trace his line of encryption and decide to intercept it, keeping everything the same- the encrypted grandmother and the encrypted clothes on the restroom floor for washing but they introduce with their interception 'the puns' that were not part of Shawn's original encryption. So, Ray continues 'to track that rope' and sees 'kache' has a word very close to it- 'kachhe.' Which means 'near.' So Shawn is seen saying 'Your true love is not near you.' This is not particularly hard to believe for Ray knows the ghosts aren't allowed to come to their loved ones- whether they are allowed infrequent visits, are always near them, or get no visits at all he doesn't know yet and there may be an unintercepted encryption from Shawn that Ray finds later. So, the spies spend hours tracing Shawn's encryptions before Ray gets to them and finds ingenuous routes to intercept it while not changing the past encryption fully for Ray may immediately reject new ones. So, the spies don't change the grandmother or the clothes on the floor but simply introduce the presence of linguistic puns very, very sneakily so Ray follows a different 'encryption route gradually.' This also helps them create doubt and fear in Ray, so he 'throws away the entire encryption' or 'all puns, ever,' and he tells Kivan, "The goal is no matter how intelligent and subtle the interceptions or high IQ strategies the ghost spies use, you cannot throw away something your father encrypts subtly for you even if the spies encrypt the exact same or something similar with one thing 'slightly off.'" The mode of encrypted object communications gives a ghost a chance to speak to you at ANY time if they are exteriorized without any other ghost finding out (because it may be THAT subtle), so your father can speak to you from now on, anytime he wishes to (unless he decides to wait a while to see what the spies encrypt sneakily, and how you believe it being him, and follow it before he does something to encrypt and reveal truths- he might do nothing to just give you an excellent blueprint of them first or he may start very soon, I don't know), for he can be so subtle that the spies would never know he is encrypting using micro-precision. HOWEVER, the entire group of spies are going to be doing the same, so you are going to have to parse through them very, very carefully to learn how to separate Karl's encryptions from theirs.
This form of interception is 'same object encryption'- where the intercepting party, here 'the ghost spies' keeps the original encryptor's encryptions untampered, for reasons like 'it was unintercepted at the time and will be trusted' (wanting the whole thing to be rejected). The spies keep what they decrypt Shawn has encrypted, but simply introduce 'the pun' and reduce trust in the encryption by introducing 3-4% offsets than the original 0.04% offset. It is a safe way to 'either steer the encryption into a different meaning,' by validating the previous encryption with the strategies shared above on portraying and mimicking 'character,' or 'make the decryptor reject it.' In this case, Ray believes that despite the high IQ strategies used to intercept to change the narrative, the goal was to make the decryptor throw away the original encryption for Shawn encrypts something very important about the grandmother for Kivan.
True IQ spies: 10; portrayed IQ in this interception strategy: 4 (Ray tells Kivan 'this is less than half of what the spies' intelligence is like')
Intercepted Encryption 2- Subtly Encrypting the original as Different Object, utilizes same high IQ strategy of 'encrypting what was already previously encrypted'
Ray feels it will be helpful to Kivan to understand the ghost spies' intelligence blueprints and interception strategies and what parsing through encryptions look like and what to be very careful of, psychologically, if Karl try to communicate in any way.
The below example showcases the 'various layers of thoughts' the decryptor goes through, trying to understand if the encryption is intercepted or subtly overwritten by the ghost spies. These thoughts are literally put on an extensive record-sheet by the ghost spies. So, every thought pattern of Kivan can be used against him for there is a computer system parsing them into set 'patterns' to predict what he will do, how he analyzes information, what 'creative' solutions he might take if he realizes ghosts have 'every pattern of his cognition' (that too is a 'pattern' because if people know every move of theirs can be predicted, then they will show the patterns of 'the solution I take at such times') etc. So every single thought of Kivan is categorized into a pattern to use against him by the ghost spies. Ray shares 1 example of an intercepted encrypted object he finds, and the innumerable list of thoughts that go through his mind, to record 'a pattern for the decryptor's way of processing information.' Unlike Ray, Kivan is 'not yet' (but may be in future after he separates his father's first originals from the spies) dealing with the ghost spies replicating AI models of 'his father's true voice' for they will first offer their own, unless they do nothing and wait for Karl to utilize the opportunity (but he may be intelligent and wait patiently doing absolutely nothing, simply letting Kivan receive communications from Shawn and encrypt only for the spies till they show their '10' to Kivan- their true IQ) before they intercept his 'voice.' Ray not only has his thoughts read and his thought patterns recorded, he tells Kivan 'every thought of yours is on a sheet so they have a perfect cognition pattern- you may not believe the detail they can get into or that a spy exteriorized to you is typing out all your thoughts on a device to make you predictable but I am not joking,' Ray now has 'multiple kinds of Shawn that the spies are manufacturing to mimic his language and character.' Shawn seems unfazed though and tells Ray in the story, "It doesn't matter how extensive the AI models of me you see, my 'depth,' 'emotional intelligence,' 'character,' 'uniqueness,' 'humor' and what not- please keep decrypting... You will see through it, even if it takes a little time as you separate me from my AI versions..."
Example of 'thought pattern' of Ray, for 'object encrypted into different object,' originals changed but technique and micro-grip maintained as the original
Thought 1: Well, Shawn has encrypted objects and my surroundings, and it's a lot, but I have to 'keep at it' for I just found critical advice encrypted for Kivan. It was so subtle- refers to a photograph so far away in my intellectual process for marriage to the Queen, and encrypts throwing a napkin with chess piece motion. [Anxiety- Ray sees critical information encrypted in 'long mental loop chains,' so he worries 'oh no, what is I miss other such critical information.']
Thought 2: Thinks of all random objects and actions and behaviors to select one if it seems encrypted.
Thought 3: Thinks of the key to his bedroom that he handles everyday. Thinks of the key to the apartment. Both seem encrypted to him. (Spies record it within seconds on their record sheet) However, he cannot crack either for 2+ weks .and keeps the thought aside as 'I will return to it later.'
Thought 4: The bedroom key is held in such a strange way and it is so highly encrypted- what is it... (a light frustration)
Thought 5: Let me analyze what part of it seems 'unusual' (has already done this 2 weeks ago as well and already realized it is the way the index finger and the thumb hold the metallic key). Hmm, it is definitely the index and thumb and how it grips the metallic key. (Doesn't, naturally, think that he has thought the same 2 weeks ago- because we have hundreds of thoughts in a minute and many repeat innumerable times- natural part of cognition)
Thought 6: It seems very 'precise.' (Information 1- overall pattern information/analysis) There's a micro-force in the grip of the index and thumb. (Information 2- force and tension) It seems the index finger's nail is very close to the nail of the thumb. (Information 3- position) The way the outside of the palm curves in a nice round is interesting. (Information 4- side patterns of position that add to the main pattern) (The spies record every single one of these thoughts on their record-sheet at the very first instance for they know he is trying to decrypt (it is no longer hidden) so if there is something he has already recognized as 'encrypted' then they have begun plans)
Thought 7: There's quite a bit of force between the thumb and the index- hmmm, what objects could someone hold with such force and precision. (rethinks again of Information 2- the highlight) (frustration for 'not getting it,' anxiety for 'missing something')
Thought 8: Seems like there's a force within the grip. Seems like a heavy object or something very precise (oscillates between 2 things that would qualify). Perhaps, metal. A metallic ball? A metallic ball on a string? Hmm, what would that even mean?
Thought 9: Is it intercepted? Does the action seem overwritten by the spies in recent times and seem slightly different from the past even 0.5%?
Thought 10: Not really. It seems that Shawn held the key between the index and finger like that with the same precision and slight force. The spies are doing their best to make me question my recognition of micro-patterns.
Thought 11: I cannot allow them to make me anxious or doubt my decryptions under any circumstance. (A slight internal defiance and fear) I must have faith in Shawn, myself, and my deity. (Chooses to assure himself and be confident rather than shaky- critical to his success)
Thought 12: A metallic ball- strange, but what could it be? The last time I have seen anything like that is in physics classroom in high school- 'Newton's cradle.'
Thought 13: Shawn 'trusts' my IQ and takes confident intellectual 'risks'- that is part of how he encrypts. He used political humor and humor in ways very different from mine (sarcasm) to encrypt messages. There's the element of 'my god, how could he have known I would 'decrypt' that- how does he know I can reach something intellectually even when I myself would think that it would be near impossible for someone to recognize humor that is not used by them? What heavy object on a string could he have taken such high intellectual risk as to 'encrypt' within someone's grip of the key to their bedroom? That would be very high intellectual risk, characteristic to him, so I have to 'keep trying.' Metal ball, and string.... mmm, what could it be....
Thought 14: Are there other objects or materials that are heavy? Maybe a man's umbrella? But the grip doesn't seem true to that. (Keeps the thought aside a little) Well, what else is heavy other than metal? Wood, right. What wooden object could be held with such force in the grip and such precision, the way one holds a surgery knife? It can't be a knife again unless Shawn is 'bribing' me to decrypt the entire bedroom with a 'lure.' He just encrypted that in the kitchen one time when showing a brain tumor on a brocolli crown, so it could be to 'lure' me- but weird....
Thought 15: Wood or metal- hmm, the only things that can be held with such precision and force of grip. Well, a spinning top (in Shawn's culture- 'lattu' or spinning top are made of wood) would qualify. My god! Yes, matches perfectly. (Has an intense moment of joy with the 'ahhhh' moment)
Thought 16: Feels a sense of excitement for it shows: high intellectual risk to encrypt an object that Ray has not played with much in his childhood and is not of his generation and Ray may be unaware of. However, has done so perhaps only once. Is aware the cultural toy in Shawn's culture was made of wood in earlier times. High intellectual pleasure of 'something that could lead to a new narrative' (Shawn has used this before to 'lure' Ray to decrypt- such as show cigarettes for Kivan to tempt Ray to 'decrypt the phone in all its actions closely as I will share personal information about him with you (wink-wink), knowing Ray will recognize it is a 'lure' or request and could be true or false and it is not important but he is asked to 'keep going')- for nothing was encrypted before as something so interesting as a 'spinning top.'
Thought 17: Feels the key has been hold similarly as before. [Experiences anxiety and wonders if it is intercepted] [Dismisses it as decides to 'have faith in his decryption'] Again has an 'aah!! moment.'
Thought 18: The key was dropped to the floor around 2 weeks ago for Shawn is blackmailed to bother me in innumerable ways. Spinning tops are dropped like that! My goodness- it is indeed a spinning top! That is why Shawn encrypts the space around it like he has been doing so far- such as 'Kivan is meant to drive to you, yes- in the country I encrypted with political humor, when you have the brain tumor surgery and his father, Karl, will be blackmailed to deceive him into entering an enacted marriage with you' by encrypting the side of a kitchen as a car, copying Kivan's grip of a left steering (when the frying pan is on the left stove) and the surgery on the kitchen top, the brocolli 'crown,' the glass collecting water (beaker) etc. So, the key dropped is confirmation, along with the grip, that it is indeed a 'spinning top.'
Thought 19: Wait, but the bedroom key was dropped from my hands some weeks back. The spies already knew of the encryptions. Did they intercept (doubts it seriously because of the precision of the 'spinning top's' grip between the index and thumb) or were they just trying to bother by having the key drop and to intimidate me into not decrypting what Shawn encrypted? It must be an attempt to intimidate me because the key was dropped previously as well (although I cannot remember the exact locations, times, and places- for they had Shawn bother me for a long time), although not here, but in front of the apartment door and elsewhere. So, it seems 'continuing.' [Decides it is not intercepted because he goes back to the past 'to check' if it was there earlier and sees it was dropped in other places- again gets excited about the very high intellectual risk characteristic of Shawn who attempts a 'very difficult, fine object' that is 'incredibly hard to encrypt with accuracy in something like a key' and that Shawn 'drops it at a different location than the original encryption- very high intellectual risk'] Thus, he sees 3-4 signs of very high intellectual risk- object unknown to Ray's generation, object Ray has not seen much in childhood, object extremely precise to encrypt, object's 'sensory world confirmation' is at a different location (similar to Shawn's other confirmations) etc.]
Thought 20: Yes, there's another visual similarity- the metallic door knob looks similar to a spinning top.
Thought 21: Feels a certain strangeness in the gut because of the precision with which it is held in later times after the spies know. Decides 'well, I will keep it for now, and if it makes sense with other things in the narrative later, that will be from him, and if it does not, I can discard it.'
Thought 22: What of it seems slightly altered and why did I have the strange feeling in my gut? There seems like a little extra force in the grip. Hmm, could it be something else. The other locks were encrypted as 2FA, which requested me to tell Kivan what is going on with technology and possible ways he can think of routes around that, similar to 'explaining the science' to him.
Thought 23: Ah, my goodness- it could be the small metallic little piece used in phones with physical SIM cards to remove it.

Thought 24: Shawn is telling something about the SIM card. Destroy it and change it? To whom- me or Kivan? (Thinks of similarities to 'picking the lock' which is also done with small pin-like things. However, they are not held with that kind of force. It seems like it is something specifically about SIM cards that he is trying to communicate about) So, it was indeed intercepted- the 'spinning top' was the overwrite on it, matching the same precision and force of grip, excellent understanding of weight, the same high intellectual risks a genius like Shawn takes, and my own habit of 'going back to see if it was confirmed through anything in the 'sensory environment' previously- the key dropping had occured months ago.
Thought 25: Shawn never encrypts something that is not of critical importance and urgency- he is not 'playing' here.
Ray tells Kivan: You see the spies perfectly copying the intellectual patterns of Shawn, and doing a very thorough analysis of any encrypted object or action so it matches the original encryption and yet successfully overwrites it (shows a brilliance- they are both held with force and precision and could be environmentally confirmed such as 'the key drop' being 'the spinning top drops'- however Shawn didn't use sensory environment confirmation for this encryption). You see them having my entire thought pattern- like I typed out- on record sheets that lets them perform excellent analysis to use against someone. But what do you think is the IQ you are seeing here? Do you think it could be done by someone random who chose to write every thought you are having on a sheet? I will tell you, "Yes, it is not difficult at all." It looks like it has a lot of intellectual finesse- which of course there will be given they are people with actual sharp intellectual abilities- but it is just a simple way to condition someone into thinking 'well, this is the maximum we can do.' If I had to give you a score for the visible intellect here and the actual intellectual calibre they possess to intercept and to use your patterns against you, I would say that what you saw here would be a '2/10' whereas what they are truly capable of is more like a '8/10.' Shawn is much sharper, but you can see how even a 2/10 can be rather intellectually difficult for the decryptor who is having every thought of theirs (and their recognition of the encryptor's patterns) recorded into a pattern and used against them. I had to put in such intellectual effort to see through even a 2/10 from the spies because they are using record sheet of people's thoughts to be able to control how they act. I won't advise you against using intense logic and rationale, like I am doing here, to parse through things, but you need to understand the dangers of what you are up against when there is a group of 80 spies reading your thoughts who work at lightning speed. True pattern recognition comes from one's gut and innermost self, so trust that over logic (while knowing they can use the science to very subtly affect your emotions or how you feel in your body) for your own IQ will be your most powerful asset in this situation. Is it scary to Karl to see what this looks like and what they will attempt? Well, part of it is to scare someone into doubting their natural intelligence- 'this is what we are going to do, so how will you do anything at all? Karl is not sitting at a computer and is a man operating with human IQ, standing next to us, while we have access to the best computers, are traveling everywhere while you (Shawn) and Karl cannot move an inch and don't know who we are bribing and what we are doing here, and we have access to the best pattern analysis software- so how can Karl communicate with his son or how can Shawn match us when we use computers against the living people like this? There's no way you can outwit a group of 80 spies tormenting living people and many of whom are using computers (an advantage that Shawn and Karl doesn't have).'
Ray assures Kivan, "Shawn is a single man but I promise you his IQ is way, way higher than these spies and their computer analyses. How he will handle the matter and find ways to analyze me and my thinking better than the spies and their computers, is something we have to leave to him. I am communicating this to you not so Karl and you feel intimidated but so you understand that someone's natural IQ is a huge asset and if you can use that, along with your heart's voice about what seems like the truth, then you will see through it and be able to receive correct information from the ghosts trying to help here. So, tell Karl, for he can hear you, 'I trust that your abilities are more powerful than any computers (and their brilliant analyses of my thought patterns) and these spies who have such horrific intentions and I have absolute faith that our relationship and subtle emotions and intuitions between us is more than an algorithm and you will be able to communicate with me as you wish.' (Just so he does not feel intimidated by those using technology against you while reading your thoughts 24/7 to find ideal patterns- and if Karl has to give them a lead for they desire to torture you slowly to death, he cannot 'lie' and if they tell him to reveal extremely intimate information about you and more, he will for the time... any rudeness, abuse etc. you see or moments of 'well, Kivan, THIS is what we were waiting for, keeping our rage under wraps- they have now made the mistake and you should act now' are all closely directed by the spies'... He is not here to have a relationship with you while the spies who wish you such harm read your thoughts and make a joke of everything, he is here to strategize using his understanding of your cognition and intellect so he can get you to act in ways that benefit him). I am not sure when they will have him interact or if they will hold on now, briefly, since Shawn did something so unexpected."
